1.7X PTFE Heat Shrink Tubing
E-FLEX® PTFE Heat Shrink Tube combines of most advantages of common heat shrinkable tube and outstanding chemical properties of fluoropolymer. This kind of heat shrink tubing consist of 100% PTFE material, meanwhile it is the best of the entire fluoropolymer heat shrink tubing family, provide high temperature and chemical resistance with a low friction rating and a very low level of moisture absorption. when the tube totally shrunk, it need high temperature.
What's Special of Our 1.7X Teflon Heat Shrink Tubing?
- Superior Chemical Immunity: Virtually unaffected by almost all industrial chemicals, solvents, acids, and fuels.
- Excellent Dielectric Properties: Provides reliable electrical insulation with a 600V working voltage rating and high dielectric strength.
- Low Friction & Non-Stick: Features an exceptionally low coefficient of friction, facilitating the smooth movement of fluids or mechanical parts.
- Mechanical Durability: High tensile strength (≥ 24.5MPa) and superior abrasion resistance ensure long-term protection against mechanical stretch and wear.
- Environmental Stability: Rated UL-224 VW-1 for flame retardancy and tested for 2000 hours of weather resistance without cracking.
