MJ FLEX UV Resistant Wrap Around Split Braided Cable Sleeve is designed to protect wires and cable bundles exposed to sunlight and outdoor environments.
Made from UV-stabilized PET monofilament and multifilament yarns, this flexible wrap around cable sleeve features a self-wrapping split structure that allows easy installation without disconnecting wires or connectors.
The material has successfully completed a 1,000-hour xenon-arc weathering test according to ISO 4892-2, demonstrating excellent flexibility and mechanical-property retention with no visible cracking or embrittlement.

SBW-PET-UV uses a UV-stabilized PET formulation to improve resistance

ISO 4892-2 UV Test Results
The UV-stabilized PET material was tested under xenon-arc light exposure to evaluate its resistance to simulated sunlight, heat and moisture.
The results show that the material maintains good flexibility and mechanical performance after prolonged artificial weathering exposure.
Accelerated weathering results are intended for material comparison and do not represent an exact outdoor service life.
