Aluminum Coated Fiberglass Self-Closing Wrap Sleeving


The E-FLEX® Aluminum Fiberglass Sleeve is a high-performance thermal barrier engineered from an aluminum foil laminate, fiberglass, and polyester composite. This advanced multi-layer construction delivers exceptional radiant heat reflection and thermal insulation, protecting sensitive wire harnesses and hoses from extreme engine bay temperatures.


Featuring a split self-wrapping design with an integrated high-temperature adhesive strip, the AFS series allows for rapid retrofitting onto pre-installed components without disassembly. It is the premier choice for automotive and industrial applications where oil resistance, fire safety (FMVSS 302), and long-term thermal integrity are paramount.
