This fiberglass heat shield sleeve is manufactured from aluminum foil laminated with braided fiberglass, ensuring that the unit is capable of reflecting at least 90% of all radiant heat. This is the ideal reflect sleeve to use for the protection of industrial wires, cables, hydraulic hoses as well as piping and tubing from aggressive radiant heat sources such as infrared heaters, liquid metal pour steam and glowing steel slab.
The unit can be purchased in sizes ranging from16mm flat width up to 57mm flat width, and it can be cut into specific lengths to suit the needs of customers and their application requirements.
