Nylon Polyester Expandable Braided Sleeve
Automotive braided wire sleeve is a lightweight, flexible, and abrasion-resistant sleeving solution designed to protect and organize wires, cables, and hoses. Constructed with a blend of durable nylon (PA66) and flame-retardant polyester monofilaments, this expandable sleeve provides excellent mechanical protection while maintaining high flexibility and expandability.
Its open-weave braided structure allows it to easily expand up to 150% of its original diameter, making it ideal for bundling irregular shapes or covering cables of various sizes.

A: Nylon (PA66) provides much greater abrasion resistance than PET alone, making it more suitable for high-wear environments like engine bays or moving cable systems.
