Nylon Polyester Expandable Braided Sleeve


E-FLEX® PET+PA Automotive Braided Wire Sleeve is a high-performance protective loom specifically engineered for demanding automotive and industrial environments. By blending the thermal stability of Flame-Retardant Polyester (PET) with the exceptional toughness of Nylon 6.6 (PA66) monofilaments, this sleeving delivers a superior shield against extreme abrasion, scuffing, and mechanical wear.


Designed to exceed rigorous automotive standards such as GMW14327 and ISO 6722-1 Class 6, it provides an armored yet lightweight layer for critical wire harnesses and hoses. Its open-weave construction expands up to 150%, ensuring a snug, flexible fit over connectors and tight bends while resisting gasoline, engine fluids, and UV degradation.
