Adjust the winding brake according to the production speed of the braided sleeving, so that the winding speed is consistent with the pitch gear speed. In order to ensure that the new braided sleeve is more conducive to the threading of cables, the brake pad friction is reduced at the winding gear to minimize the winding tension, which ensures that the winding tension is low and does not pull off the product, which is conducive to the weaving process and the high interruption rate that causes unnecessary waste. The new braided cable sleeve is "hollow" and will not appear as "flat" after the wire is arranged, which is very beneficial to the wire and cable threading.
